This is done with the continuous impacts that are made by the rotating hammers, against the grinding liners. Working:
The materials are fed through the inlet, which are then pushed to the grinding chamber. Due to the strong hammerings done in the grinding chamber, these materials are crushed into small particles. At this time, a stream of air is blown through the pulverizer, which carries the broken particles towards the outlet.
Further, these machines are provided with whizzer classifiers, which block the large particles (if any) and resend them to the chamber for further grinding, till they are completely powdered. Further, the fan blows these particles from the whizzer to the cyclone collector, which is provided with three-way connections. These cyclone collectors along with dust collectors, help in maintaining the dust free operations by providing clear air to the mill.
